Hello there! My name is Juliana Parker and I am a pre-licensed therapist in the beautiful cities of Long Beach and Newport Beach, California. My goal is to help you find
hope, healing, and happiness.
Traumatic events, small or big, recent or long ago, can often impact the quality of your life in numerous ways. Perhaps you have lost a loved one or endured a difficult event in your life. Or, maybe you feel the heaviness of ongoing anxiety and sadness that is affecting the quality of your life including work, your sleep, and your relationships with others.
The most important message that I would like to impart to you is you are not alone.
To help heal from trauma, I utilize a range of helpful and effective strategies such as EMDR, or Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to help you grow toward clarity, calm, and healing. I am an LGBTQ-affirming therapist and love my work with my heart and soul.
A bit about me: I am a mom of three kiddos, a wife, and a huge lover of animals, especially dogs! I love being outdoors and instantly feel energized when I spend time in nature.
