Hi! I'm Juliana Parker, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in California.
I am passionate about helping people in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
Together, my goal is to work collaboratively with my clients while utilizing a trauma-informed lens. I draw from several different treatment modalities such as Eye-Movement Desentization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT) to create a customized approach with every client.
To learn more, and to determine if we would be a good fit, please feel free to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute phone session.
